PCMdaily 2016 DB V1.2 & Variants DLC: Spring Update Released!

Features that will be applied to already started careers
- 2016 jerseys for some teams that still had 2015 jerseys
- 2016 cyclist photos for most of the teams (100% WT/PCT, 75% CT)
- 2016 or 2015 routes for a few more races
- Additional NC jerseys and accessories for many teams
- New leader jerseys for a lot of races
- About 5 less fake routes for some minor level races
- A few additional race logos
- Fixed An Post Ras' crash in 3D mode

Features that will only apply to new careers
- New bikes for many brands
- New helmets for a few brands
- Updated stats, potentials and popularities throughout all divisions
- Updated rosters and late transfers moves
- Updated heights and weights for a lot of teams
- Updated some of the race rules
- Correct dates for .2 and .U23 races as well
- Dimension Data CT moved from U23 to CT
- About 15 new custom sponsors, bringing the total up to more than 750

- Fixed double riders
- Fixed a few riders' and teams' info and names
- Fixed a few equipment sponsorships
- Fixed dates, names, divisions and nationalities for a few races
- Fixed a bug that made it sometimes impossible to race the World Championships and the Eneco Tour in Career and ProCyclist mode
- Fixed a partially gamebreaking bug related to Volta a Portugal's dates
- Fixed missing 3T wheels bug
- Fixed a double custom sponsor (Megafon)
- Other minor fixes

Along with this update for the 2016DB comes an update for the Variant DLC with a few new variants to add to your game.

Because we got a lot of replies asking for help with the installation, we decided to write an extended installation guide for the installation.

This is an update for PCM.daily’s 2016 Database. Make sure you have V1.0 installed, before installing this update!

1. Download the update from the Downloads section or with the download link below.

2. Extract PCMdaily2016DBV11Setup.zip and open the folder where you extracted it.

3. Double click PCMdaily2016DBV11Setup.exe. When asked for Administrator permissions, click Okay or fill in a password of an administrator to continue.

4. Follow the steps of the installation.
A very crucial point in the installation is the step where you will have to choose the installation directory. This often goes wrong, so here's an extended guide:
By default, this is C:\Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2015, which is the default installation directory for PCM2015.
In some cases, however, this location is different. It depends on whether you have bought the game a disc or through Steam, but it also depends on your language. If you have Steam, by default the directory is C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2015, unless you installed Steam in a different location. If you have PCM in another language, the "Season" part of the default directory has to be translated into your own language (for example in Dutch it will be Pro Cycling Manager - Seizoen 2015). If you are still unsure, take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) thread.
Make sure to install the DB in your general PCM folder, NOT in the subfolder Database.

5. Complete the installation process. Installation can take a while considering it is a huge file.

6. Now it's time to start the game. On the main page of the game, go to Options (the "gear" at the bottom of the screen), then click Database (the last tab at the top of the popup screen) and select PCMdaily_2016DB_V11 as your database.

7. You have completed the installation process of the database. Have fun!
