Organization
PCM World Cup 2019 is organized by PCM Village Community under the patrol of Cyanide Studio and Focus Home Interactive.
The organization is composed by :
Frico241, Cyprif, TheRedMan, Gesink31, Slomy, ElTotox, Luon.

Schedule

The 2019 PCM World Cup will run from 15th April to 2nd June. The competition will be held every night with two temporal slots (20.30 CET and 21.15 CET) except for saturdays

Room creation and departure

Depart time will be when every members of the room are present or 15’ after the creation of the room (hence 20.45 CET and 21.30 CET). It will be possible to postpone the start of further 10’ if :
An organizer asked for it ;
A player asked for it and the majority of the room members agreed.

Discord
A discord server has been created for the tournament here ( https://discord.gg/fWTwxAR ), the communication will mainly be done on the server. Any incivility occuring on the server might result in a punishment either a warning or a full banishment from the competition.
The discord is server is made to allow a communication between the players of the tournament which means that the language used will be ENGLISH, the usage of any other language will not be tolerated, if you want to speak your language go in your servers please.
It is common sense, but may need to be said in order to avoid problems. There will be no insults, no disrespect of other players and no spam on the server. You can do those things elsewhere. Any occurrence of such behavior will be severely punished.
All the channels have their own use, you are strongly advised to use them as they were intended to, spam of any form is not tolerated and will be punished.

Steward Panel
A few players will be asked to be in the steward panel (just like the jury last year) in which will be judged any complaints made by players. The Stewards will judge the case and give any punishment that they judge fair. Any complaint must be made in the channel “complaint’s deposit” under a precise form :

In-Game Rules
Road :

• BLOCKS ARE FORBIDDEN, any occurance of clear legitimate blocking will result in a total disqualification from the race.
  The usage of manual steering of the rider (“4-6”) will be limited, forbidden in any sprint (Finish, KOM, or intermediate sprint). When a rider is dropped in a climb DON’T MOVE HIM, the AI will do it if a player gets blocked because a dropped rider was moved when overtaken, a case can be (and should be) moved to the stewards panel.
  
• Team Attacks : No more than 2 riders attacking at the same time. If any player decides to attack with more than 2 riders, a complaint can be made to the stewards. If a player chose to team attack a nullification of all the points gathered by the attackers will be made. Making 4 riders attack 2 by 2 on their own will be considered as a team attack. A player can put more than 2 riders in the breakaway but must not do it in a Team Attack
  Trains : A maximum of 4 riders in a train. A rider protecting another is considered as being part of the train. Usage of trains bigger than 4 riders can lead into the total point of the player in the race divided by 2
  
  
• Teamplay : In solo modes any case of teamplay will be severely punished, if the jury decides that a player sacrificed himself for another they can go as far as disqualifying both of the players. Players can cooperate but if it is obvious a complaint can be made to the stewards
  

Track

• BLOCKS : blocks are part of track gameplay, any complaints made because of blocks will be dismissed as they are not to be made
  
• FOCUS : Blocks are allowed, focus is not. If a player spent his whole race blocking a player will be punished, except of a gain for himself (focusing someone higher in the standing of an omnium for example).
  
• TEAMPLAY : In solo modes any case of teamplay will be severely punished, if the jury decides that a player sacrificed himself for another they can go as far as disqualifying both of the players. Players can cooperate but if it is obvious a complaint can be made to the stewards
  

Settings

• Entirety of race in x1
  
• Fall Frequency = 0
  
• No Raceday Condition
  
• Each team will have 9 riders, 6 or them are to be selected every race
  
• No AI : each host will wait the predetermined start time, the players will join, aske for their team and another lobby will be created will as much teams as players
  
• Dead AI for track
  

Post-Race :
After the race/stage is finished the host(and other player are invited to do as well) must take screenshots of the results (Finish, Sprints, KOM) only after those screenshots are made the players can vote for a x8
No race speed shall be made before the 3rd rider of EVERY player has crossed the line unless the last player says it is ok. If a player votes for a faster race speed before this time, a complaint can be made in the steward panel

Crashes :

• Road : 3 restart per race, 1 per player, Only if the issue occurs in the first 20 kms
  
• Track : 3 restart per race, 1 per player, Only if the issue occurs in the first 3 laps

Single race ranking
Three rankings are classified in the hall of fame :
Road Single Ranking : determines the Single Road World Champion
Track Single Ranking : determines the Single Track Road World Champion
Single Ranking : determines the Single PCM World Champion


Team race ranking
Three rankings are classified in the hall of fame :
Road Team Ranking : determines the Team Road World Champion
Track Team Ranking : determines the Team Track Road World Champion
Team Ranking : determines the Team PCM World Champion


Prizes

There will be prizes thanks to Bigben !
There will be prizes for all the 11 solo winners and the world champion Team.
If there are double-winners then the keys will be distributed in the Overall classification order, the highest ranked players that did not win a key.
