PCM20 Amateur/Semi-Pro Teams Database

Hello,

I am currently working on a patch that adds some more teams (that are amateur or semi-professional) to the WorldDB21. I am also adding several countries with real free agents (like Fiji). The teams that I am including are mostly participating in UCI races in their region, but are not in any of the three divisions. I am also looking for a maillot maker because I can do the database work but I am not good at making maillots. If you are interested in helping message me for details and pictures of maillots. Also does anyone know how to add minikits? Because when I am adding them, they appear as pink squares.
